Pick any day in the past 6 years... I can tell you EXACTLY where I was and what happened. It's not because I have the best memory in the world, far from it! It's because of something I do called "Logging" - It only takes a couple of minutes each morning and it's one of the most curiously rewarding habits or commitments I've ever made.
